Although it is already day three of my paleo journey, I'm wondering if I should classify my new diet as just "grain free and low sugar". I make this statement as I read articles and guidelines to this paleolithic lifestyle. Guy could live on sweet potatoes and chicken thighs- well guess what! I just read starchy tubers such as sweet potatoes are a 'forbidden food'. Vinegar too!
So my Day 4 post will have to be given a new title until I understand exactly why I would cut out certain foods from my diet.
