We may be able to count on a few fingers the times we yelled 'VAN, NO!' and most of it had to do with riding his bike a bit too fast towards a street corner. When it comes to his experiences I am proud to say we are very supportive. Guy was raised with pocket knives, fishing poles, and the experience to handle tools and knowledge of things most kids wouldn't have a chance with.
I have this book on order and am pretty excited to read this with Guy.
If you haven't heard of Ted Talks start here and don't stop. These are usually about 10 minute long videos that each have a different topic, even those that you wouldn't think you'd be interested in- are interesting!
