Kettle Corn Cookies

Before I share the recipe I'd like to share a recommendation. Use your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe but instead of adding chocolate chips and walnuts add kettle corn!
Here is a recipe, warn your waste line: trouble ahead..

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Stir together..
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

In a large bowl cream together..
2 sticks of softened butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar

Beat in to the cream mix..
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Gradually add in the flour mix, beating well.

Fold in..
4 cups Kettle Corn

Drop little tablespoon sized scoops onto an ungreased pan and bake for 8-10 minutes

Once these cooled I packaged them in Popcorn bags I found at Michaels Craft Store and gave them away QUICK!
But not after I saved a few to snack on,, Enjoy!
